Founding Principal, Decalō Leaders

Katherine Coles is an experienced organization development leader with over 15 years of experience supporting executive teams, emerging leaders, and complex organizations through leadership development, team building, and change management. Her approach integrates adult learning principles and data-driven strategies to foster inclusive, high-performing teams and effective leadership. Katherine has delivered programs for the federal government, state governments, and not-for-profit organizations, helping translate strategic goals into practical, scalable development plans. Ms. Coles holds a Master’s in Organization Development from American University and certifications in MBTI, Prosci Change Management, and 360° coaching. She is currently pursuing her Executive Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. Her experience and education equip her with versatile tools to create impactful leadership development frameworks tailored to diverse audiences.
